Shipping Protection
Adding Stands Shipping Protection gives your order additional coverage and makes things much easier if something goes wrong.
Shipping Protection includes:
- Missing packages: If your package is lost in transit, you’ll receive a replacement or a full refund.
- Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, we’ll replace the item or issue a full refund.
- Return shipping on damaged items: If we need the damaged item returned, your return shipping is covered.
- We handle carrier claims for you: If there’s a shipping or postal issue, Stands will submit the claim and follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
- Returns on sale and clearance items: Sale and clearance items are normally final sale. Orders with Shipping Protection are eligible for return under our return policy.
- No restocking fees: Restocking fees are waived on returns covered by Shipping Protection.
Please note: Shipping Protection does not cover return shipping for items that were delivered correctly and in good condition. If you choose to return an undamaged item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Shipping Protection must be purchased with your original order to receive these benefits
